Get To Know Pablo

I was an SOF instructor and taught other military and Guerilla Forces how to protect themselves, and now I want to take those same skills and teach people within the community how not to become victims.

To me the most challenging aspect has been self control. That is what Jiu Jitsu can do for you.  You have the ability to severely hurt a human, while also having the control not to

The only goal I have is to teach people the self defense and combat side of BJJ, not the unicorn tournament BJJ. You can go from combat to tournament, you cannot go from tournament to a combat BJJ mindset. I would like to help people train to fight anyone and believe in themselves.  Also I would like to help other combat veterans manage their PTSD with BJJ like it has helped me.
I have trained with Professor Chance and Joe for years now.  I consider both of them close friends which makes me want to help this team succeed.
BJJ has given me a physical outlet to control my PTSD. As I am a combat veteran being in multiple combat rotations it has taken a toll on me. BJJ teaches me how to use control in chaos outside of therapy. I have also made a friends which gave me the brotherhood similar to the military.
I spend my time with my family being the best version of myself I can be.
